Soreness...



So, after Day 1 of boot camp 2 days ago......I'm (Ade) am still sore!!! Ugh....I hate the 2nd day soreness, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and go to the gym. I did some interval run/walk on the treadmill for about 30 min. and spent a large amount of time stretching. I now have less soreness and even burned 203 calories which I promptly put back on (and then some) with my diversion to McDonald's for some delicious french fries - they were totally worth it though! Ab and I also went to Roller Derby tonight to support our own Crescent City Rollergirls --we get bonus points today for supporting local exercise and women power! :) Check it out...they are so tough (as I aspire to be)!
